The systems are for advanced practitioners, but they can be practiced also by intermediate level students. The Systems are made to be practiced for each day of the week. The Valentino Brothers suggest to those who practice the systems to follow those daily routines, and if possible in the same hour. Try not to change them because the muscles have memory and if they get used to that day and time, when that time arrives they are ready for work.
